Beat together and pour into greased and floured sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Frosting: Take 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 Tbsp. milk, 1 sq. melted chocolate, 1 dash salt, 2 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla; mix together until smooth.
