Coffee Almond Ice

Ingredients

some super markets
1 1/2 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
30 wafers
1 stick
1 1/2 pint coffee ice cream
1 1/2 cup well cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 amaretti
1/2 cup blanched almonds dark chocolate sauce
1 1/2 cup cream
5/8 cups firmly packed dark brown sugar
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1 up the side of a oiled
8 springform
2 1/2 deep
1 sauce in a saucepan combine the cream
1 week in advance

Instructions

Just before serving wrap a warm dampened kitchen towel around the side of the pan, remove the side, and transfer the cake to a serving plate. Cut the cake into wedges with a knife dipped in hot water and serve it with the chocolate sauce.
