Coq Au Vin Ii

Ingredients

2 1/2 lb broiler-fryer chicken
4 tb flour
2 ts salt
1/2 ts pepper
6 tb butter
12 onions
4 tb brandy
1 clove garlic
1 bay leaf
1 stalk celery
3 c wine
1/2 lb mushrooms

Instructions

mixed with cold water. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven for an extra 1 to 2 minutes if flour mixture is added.
