Corn Bread

Ingredients

2 c cornmeal
1/2 ts salt
1/2 ts baking soda
2 ts baking powder
1 tb sugar
1 egg
1 tb vegetable oil
1 c buttermilk

Instructions

Combine the cornmeal, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl. Mix well. Pour into a lightly oiled 8-inch-square baking pan. Bake in a 400 degree F oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
