Corn Pancakes

Ingredients

some black pepper
1 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons corn oil
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup bell pepper
10 ounces pa corn kernels
2 eggs
1 slice scallion
1 cup black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sal
1 combine the bell pepper
1 right before you begin to make the pancakes
1/4 batter onto the griddle
1 serve with ham steaks
