Country Chicken Rago�t

Ingredients

2 tb vegetable oil
32 pearl onions outer skins removed
8 mushrooms
8 slices extra bacon
2 garlic
12 baby artichokes
12 sun tomatoes
4 ts tarragon
1/4 c pine nuts
1/4 c cream sherry
1 c chicken stock

Instructions
