16 ounces tomatoes
20 sprigs parsley washed
10 sprigs cilantro washed
6 cups water up
8 spanish saffron threads
2 teaspoons ginger
4 carrots sticks
4 turnips quartered
1 pound pumpkin
1 head cabbage
4 zucchini unpeeled
1 pound instant couscous
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup raisins plumped in warm
1 package meanwhile
