Couscous With Sundried Tomatoes

Ingredients

3/4 cup sun tomatoes
1/2 cup onion flakes
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
6 cups vegetable broth
2 1/2 cups couscous

Instructions

Combine tomatoes, onion flakes, garlic powder, and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in couscous; reduce temperature to low, cover, and simmer 5 to 8 minutes, until all liquid is absorbed.
