6 bananas 1 c onion 1 c raisins 1 tart apples 1 c apple cider vinegar 2 c sugar 1 tb salt 1 ts ginger 1 ts nutmeg 1/4 c cayenne pepper 3/8 c lemon juice 3 garlic
Instructions
Peel and mash bananas. In a large casserole dish combine all of the ingredients. Bake in a 350~ oven for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally. When thickened, ladle into sterilized jars and seal. Makes about 2 pints.
