Crab Cakes With Cilantro Butter
Ingredients
some salt and pepper
1/2 c olive oil
1/2 pepper
1/2 green pepper
1 lb best-quality lump crab meat
2 eggs
1 1/2 c coarse homemade
1 c dry wine
1 shallot
1 c whipping cream
8 oz butter
1/2 c cilantro
1/4 cup oil in a skillet
8 equal-size cakes
1/4 cup oil in
3/8 cup stir in cream
1 tablespoon at a time
Instructions
