Crab Cakes With Pasilla Chili Aioli

Ingredients

1/2 lb shelled crab
3/4 c mayonnaise
1/2 c carrots
1/2 c celery
2 1/2 ts lemon juice
2 slices bread
1 tb salad oil
1 cilantro sprigs
1 pasilla chili
1 tb olive oil
1 garlic clove
3 tb dry wine
1/4 c chicken broth
1/4 cup portions crab mixture crumbs
1/2 cakes
12 nonstick frying over hea coat
12 frying combine olive oil

Instructions
