Crab Soup With Sherry
Ingredients
some salt
1 shallot
2 tb butter
1 t flour
5 c milk
1/4 ts worcestershire sauce
1/8 ts pepper
1 lb crab meat
1 egg yolk
1/2 c sherry
1 whipped cream paprika
Instructions
serving with a little whipped cream, sprinkle with paprika, and serve at once.
