Crawfish Chili
Ingredients
2 lb beef
2 crawfish tails
1 t garlic
2 ts salt
1 tb soy sauce
1 t cayenne pepper
1 t mint
1 tb parsley
3 tb chili powder
8 oz tomato sauce
1 c dry wine
1 water
1 t lemon
1 c onions
1 bacon drippings
Instructions
Brown meat in bacon drippings. Combine all other ingredients with meat and bring to a boil. Simmer for a few hours. From Justin Wilson's "Gourmet and Gourmand Cookbook"
