Crazy Corn Muffins

Ingredients

1 c flour
3/4 c cornmeal
3/4 ts baking powder
1/2 ts salt
3 tb butter
1/4 c milk
1/4 c sour cream
1/4 c maple syrup
2 eggs
3/4 pecan
3/4 full

Instructions

let muffins fall out. Use table knife to loosen stubborn muffins.Let them cool completely before wrapping in plastic wrap and freezing.Makes 12 muffins..
