Cream Puff Souffle With Hot Fudge Sauce
Ingredients
6 egg yolks
1/2 c sugar
4 egg whites
1 few drops of lemon juice
1 1/2 c cream
3 tb baileys irish cream
2 tb irish whiskey
8 oz bittersweet chocolate
1/2 sugar in
1 foamy
Instructions
with the cream, stirring well to blend. Pass the hot sauce at the table, to be poured over frozen souffles. ~-
