Cream Puffs With Caramel Sauce
Ingredients
1/4 c butter
1 c all purpose flour
4 eggs
3/4 c sugar
4 tb cornstarch
3 c milk
4 egg yolks
8 oz sour cream
2 ts vanilla
1/2 c packed brown sugar
3/8 c cream
2 tb corn syrup
1 tb butter
1 1/4 cup water
1/8 ts sal bring to boilin flour all at once
400 oven
1 cup mixture egg yolks
Instructions
(mixture may appear curdled). Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla. Cool slightly and spoon over filled cream puffs.
