Creamy Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
1 onion
1/4 cup butter
5 potatoes
3 zucchini
1 broccoli
2 qt stock
3 garlic
1 package corn
3/4 kernels
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 cup cream
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a 4 to 5 quart crockpot except the cream. Cook on the low setting 6 to 8 hours or until sweet potatoes are tender.
Ten minutes before serving, add the cream, if using. Heat through and serve.
