Crock Pot Venison Stew

Ingredients

2 venison
2 tablespoon oil
3 celery
1/2 cup onion
2 garlic
1 tablespoon parsley
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup dry wine
1 cup tomato sauce
1 oregano
1 basil

Instructions

Brown meat in oil. Place celery and onion at the bottom of the crockpot. Add browned meat and remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 7-10 hours.
