Crockery Pot Old

Ingredients

1 leek
3 celery
6 carrots
10 1/2 oz corn
3 potatoes
1 pound beef
14 1/2 oz tomatoes
1/4 cup tomato paste
3 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 garlic
1 package beef broth

Instructions

In a 6-quart electric crockery-cooker, combine all ingredients. Stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low-heat setting 8 to 9 hours, or until meat is tender.
