Crockpot Italian Sausage Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

1/2 pound italian pork sausage
1 cup carrots
1 potatoe
1 garlic clove
2 cans beef broth
15 oz garbanzo
14 oz tomatoes
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 italian seasoning
1 bay leaf
1 cup zucchini
1 parmesan cheese

Instructions

Brown the sausage. Combine all but zucchini in the crockpot and cook on low for 7-9 hours. Add zucchini and cook an additional 30 minutes. Serve with parmesan cheese.
