Croquettes De Couscous Et Pois Chiches

Ingredients

5/8 hulled
1 c couscous
1/2 c tomato juice
1/2 c dry wine
3 tb soy sauce
2 tb dijon mustard
2 tb wine vinegar
2 ts rosemary
1 ts thyme
1/2 ts black pepper
3 tb parsley
3 garlic
1 tb olive oil
1 quart pot
3 tb chickpea mixture between your hands to form a ball
24 balls
2 wide

Instructions
