Crumb-top Brown Sugar Apple Pie

Ingredients

5 c apples
3/4 c brown sugar
2 tb flour
1/8 ts salt
1 1/2 ts cinnamon
1/4 ts nutmeg
1/4 ts mace
1 pie shell

Instructions

-------------------------------CRUMB TOPPING------------------------------2 tb Brown sugar 2 tb Sugar 1/8 ts Nutmeg 1/8 ts Cinnamon 1/8 ts Salt 3 tb Flour 2 tb Margarine Combine first 7 ingredients; toss to mix thoroughly. Heap in pie shell. Combine topping ingredients and mix until crumbly; sprinkle over pie. Bake at 425~ for 45 minutes. Allow to cool 30 minutes before serving. ----
