Curried Garbanzo Beans And Potatoes

Ingredients

2 ts vegetable oil
1/2 c onion
1 ts curry powder
1/2 ts cumin
2 1/2 c water
1 c grannysmith apple
1 package garbanzobeans
1 c bell pepper
1 t all purpose flour
1/2 ts salt
1/4 ts pepper
1 3/4 potato
1 c green peas
6 c long rice
2 1/2 cups water

Instructions

until potato is tender. Add apple, peas and beans; cover and cook an additional 10 minutes. Serve over rice. Serving size is 1 cup bean mixture and 1 cup rice.
