Curried Lentil Soup

Ingredients

4 c water
28 oz tomatoes
3 potatoes
3 slices carrots thinly
1 onion
1 celery rib
1 dry lentils
2 garlic
2 bay leaves
4 tsp curry powder
1 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients; stir well. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or until vegetables are tender. Discard the bay leaves before serving.
