Curried Mussels With Mushrooms
Ingredients
3 mussels
1 c water
1/2 baby chillies
15 ghee
1 tb ginger
2 garlic
1 tb lemon grass
2 green shallots
340 packages coconut milk
1 tb fish sauce
1 tb brown sugar
150 slices baby mushrooms
2 ts flour
1 tb water
1 tb basil
1 scrub mussels under running water
2 place chillies in bowl
3 stir in coconut milk
4 stir in mussels
Instructions
