Dill Casserole Bread
Ingredients
1 package dry yeast
2 tb sugar
1/4 c warm water
1 c cottage cheese
2 1/2 c all purpose flour
2 tb onion
1 1/2 ts dillweed
1/2 ts salt
1/4 ts baking soda
1 egg
1 tb butter
1 teaspoon sugar
2 casserole
Instructions
well browned, 40 to 45 minutes. Cool in the pan 5 minutes; loosen from the sides of the casserole and invert onto a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature. ----
