Do-si-do Brownies

Ingredients

1 c butter
2 c sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c flour
7/8 c cocoa
2 c peanuts
1 t vanilla
2 marshmallows
1/2 c peanut butter chips
1 do-si-do cookies
1 lb powdered sugar
1/2 c evaporated milk

Instructions

ICING: Melt butter. Sift cocoa and powdered sugar together; add butter. Stir in milk and peanuts.
