Double Chocolate Muffins
Ingredients
1 stick
1 oz squares
1 c sugar
1 egg
2 ts vanilla extract
1 ds salt
2 c flour
1 c buttermilk
1 ts baking soda
400 de
2 quart glass bowl
12 paper-lined
1/2 muffin
Instructions
out clean. Let muffins cool in pans 5 minutes, then transfer to racks to cool completely. Serve warm or cool.
