Easy Borscht Soup

Ingredients

some dill
15 beets
2 tb butter
1 onion
6 oz cabbage
2 tb wine vinegar
2 tomatoes
1 ts sugar
4 parsley twigs
1 bay leaf
1 1/8 qt vegetable broth
1/2 c sour cream

Instructions
