Easy Mini

Ingredients

7 1/2 oz salmon
4 oz saltines
1 onion
1 egg
1 tb lemon juice
2 ts dill
2 ts pepper

Instructions

Trim canned salmon of large bones and skin as desired. Mix well with other ingredients, except oil. Form into 3" x 1/2" patties and fry lightly in oil until golden brown.
