Egg-free, Wheat-free, Milk-free Meatloaf

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb beef
1/4 c onion
1/4 c carrot
3/4 ts salt
1 d -pepper
1/2 c broth up
1 c vegetables peas

Instructions
