Eggplant Kimchi

Ingredients

3/4 c water
1 tb salt
1 ts garlic
1/2 ts ginger
3 tb green onion
1 tb kimchi pepper
1 tb juice of shrimp
1/2 ts salt
1 ts sugar
2 1/2 tb vinegar
1/4 c soy sauce
2 1/2 tb sugar
1/2 serve

Instructions

Note: if you want to keep this dish for a long time, omit vinegar in mixture "B".
