Espresso Cheesecake

Ingredients

1 1/2 c hazelnuts
5/8 c sugar
3 tb butter
1 tb cocoa powder
1 brewed espresso
24 oz cream cheese
1 1/2 tb cornstarch
1/4 ts salt
3 eggs
3 egg yolks
5 1/4 c lemon juice
1 tb coffee liqueur
1 1/2 ts lemon peel
1/2 ts vanilla extract
1989 chocolate coffee bean candies for crust preheat oven
9 diameter springform
1/4 cup cool completely
1 at a time
3/4 up sides of cheesecake

Instructions

tip. Pipe rosettes of cream around top edge of cheesecake. Top each rosette with coffee bean and serve. ----
