Fabulous Low Fat, High Carb Soup
Ingredients
2 turkey
3 onions
2 tablespoon garlic
4 tablespoon curry
2 qt ragu
4 cup carrots
4 cup broccoli
4 cup celery
4 cup cauliflower
2 green beans
3/8 pound pasta shells
2 lb potatoes
1 water to cover
Instructions
Brown turkey with onions and garlic. Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes.
