Fettucine With Shrimp And Goat's Cheese

Ingredients

12 fettucine
6 ounces mild goats cheese like montrachet
1 1/2 cups seeded ripe tomatoes
3/8 cup chiffonade of basil
3/8 cup olive oil
12 ounces shrimp
1/2 chunks
2 garlic slivered black oil cured olives for
10 minu tes
1 in a bowl

Instructions

Drain pasta and add to mixing bowl with tomatoes, cheese and basil; add the shr imp and oil and toss; adjust the seasoning and garnish with black olives.
