2 tb cilantro
1 tb paprika
1 ts salt
1/2 ts black pepper
2 eggs
3/4 c rice
30 oz tomato sauce
1 c beef broth
2 chipotle peppers
1 tb chili powder
2 tablespoons onion
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon cilantro
1/2 meat balls
