Fig Cake

Ingredients

3/4 c margarine
2 c sugar
1 c buttermilk
1 ts soda
1/2 ts salt
4 eggs
1 ts cinnamon
1 ts allspice
1 ts vanilla
3 c flour
1 pt figs
1 c nuts

Instructions

Mix figs well in mixer. Add eggs, sugar and margarine. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Pour into well greased glass dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Randy Rigg
