Fish House Barbecue
Ingredients
2 c tomato sauce
1/2 c dry wine
4 tb butter
2 tb lemon juice
2 tb green onion
1 ts salad herbs
1/2 ts sugar
1/2 ts salt
1/8 ts pepper sauce
6 trout
Instructions
Grill fish over hot coals 10 minutes on each side. Brush both sides of fish with sauce during the last few minutes of grilling. Pass remaining sauce.
