Fisherman's Bouillabaisse
Ingredients
1/4 c olive oil
1 c water
1/2 c dry wine
1 env
1 t parsley
1 t thyme leaves
14 1/2 oz tomatoes
1 1/2 lobster tails
1 snapper
6 clams
6 mussels
Instructions
mussels and simmer an additional 5 minutes or until shells open. (DISCARD ANY UNOPENED SHELLS). Serve, if desired, with bread or rolls. Makes about 4 (2 cup) servings.
