Flounder Florentine
Ingredients
1/4 c onion
1/8 ts rosemary
2 tb butter
1 package spinach
1/4 c almonds
1/2 c rice
1 tb lemon juice
6 flounder fillets
1 package cream
1/4 c water
1/4 cup mixture on fish fillet
2 baking dish

NOTE: Flounder Florentine can be prepared in advance and refrigerated before you bake-and-serve.
