Focaccia, Provolone

Ingredients

4 garlic
1/2 c olive oil
1 tb dry yeast
1 1/2 c warm water
1 tb sugar
1 ts salt
1 c wheat flour
1 c semolina flour
6 oz provolone cheese
2 tb oregano
2 c all purpose flour unbleached
2 tbsp cooled garlic oil
1/4 at a time until the dough mass forms
14 circle
400 just before baking drizzle the top of the dough with the remaining garlic oil mixture
25 minutees
