French Apple Charlotte
Ingredients
some butter
12 apples
3/4 c sugar
1 1/2 c butter
12 slices bread
4 high
2 quart souffle dish will do as well
5 tbsp butter in a frying
1 slice sides
400 oven
1/2 cup apricot jam warmed up with
1/4 cup rum
