French Apple Pie 3

Ingredients

1 1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
1/2 c honey
3 tb apple brandy
1 tb vanilla extract
3 tart apples
1/2 cup all-fruit apricot jam
3 gm protein
7 gm fat
57 gm carbo
11 mg sodium
3 gm fiber
2 quart saucepan over high heat
1 qt saucepan over high heat

Instructions

sieve. Use a pastry brush to glaze apples with jam. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool before slicing. ----
