French Onion Soup With Cheese Gratinee

Ingredients

45 g butter
1 tb olive oil
750 g onions
1 t salt
2 ts flour
7 c beef stock
1/2 c dry wine
1 pepper rounds of french bread
125 g gruyere

Instructions
