Fried Crab Cakes
Ingredients
1 lb crabmeat
1 egg yolk
1 t dry mustard
2 ts worcestershire sauce
1 tb mayonnaise
1 tb parsley
1/2 ts paprika
1 tb melted butter
1/4 c butter
1 lemon
Instructions
combine all ingredients except oil and lemon; mix gently. Shape into 6 cakes. Heat butter or oil. Fry cakes over medium high heat until browned on both sides.
