Fruit& Nut Breakfast Bars

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups golden raisins plumped
1 tablespoon flour
9 ounces quick
5 ounces coarsely almonds
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup egg substitute liquid
3/8 cup low calorie margarine melted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
9 nonstick baking with pam
1 liquid

Instructions

measure -combine remaining ingredients. Add to dry ingredients and stir until moistened. Press mixture into prepared pan. Bake until -about 25 minutes. S golden brown cool for 30 minutes. Invert pan onto clean -discarding wax pape work surface Cut in half lengrthwise -then cut each half into 12 equal bars, making 24. Wrap each plastic -� wrap and freeze for future use.
