Fudgey Peanut Butter Chip Muffins
Ingredients
1/2 c applesauce
1/2 c quick-cooking rolled oats
1/4 c butter
1/2 c granulated sugar
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 ts vanilla extract
3/4 c all purpose flour
1/4 c hersheys cocoa
1/2 ts baking soda
1/4 ts cinnamon
1 c reeses peanut butter chips
1/2 in diameter
3/4 full with batter
15 muffins
