Garden Turkey & Rice Salad

Ingredients

2 c brown rice
1 turkey breast
1 c celery
1 c carrots
3/4 c wheat germ
3/8 c green onions
3 tb parsley
2 tsp black pepper -l
2 cup fat free italian salad dressing
1/4 c lemon juice

Instructions

Combine first eight ingredients in medium bowl. Combine Italian dressing and lemon juice. Pour dressing over salad; mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 3 servings.
