Garlic-roasted Potatoes And Greens

Ingredients

2 lb skinned potatoes
3/4 dice
6 garlic
3/8 c extra-virgin olive oil
3 tb wine vinegar
4 c watercress sprigs
2 tb chives
15 rimmed

Instructions
