3 t butter
2 t flour
1/4 t lemon-pepper seasoning
2 c peas
3/8 c onion
3 garlic
1 1/2 t salt
1/8 t rosemary
2 c potatoes
2 slices tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1 pn nutmeg
2 eggs
1 3/8 c milk
1/4 c cornmeal
3/4 c cheddar cheese
7 1/2 cup souffle dish
